Pay: $26 to $32 an hour, based on experience
- What you'll do: find and fix leaks on steep-slope roofs (shingle, slate, cedar, metal). Mostly repair work, some install.
- Where: Piedmont, Greenville and the surrounding area, in a company vehicle
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, occasional weekends after storms
- What you need: at least one year of steep-slope roofing experience, a valid driver's license, comfortable on ladders and steep roofs

The bonus rules
- $250 for each eligible hire, paid through payroll after the new hire completes 90 days. You must still work at Allcon when it is paid. No limit on bonuses; one bonus per hire.
- Only jobs advertised with the $250 bonus count.
- Not eligible to earn it: owners and executive leadership, anyone who interviews, assesses, selects, or approves the person, and the person's direct supervisor. Managers can earn it for referring someone to another department if they aren't involved in hiring and won't supervise them.
- Doesn't count as a referral: former Allcon employees, current employees changing jobs, anyone who already applied or was already talking with Allcon about a job, and your spouse or partner, parent, child, brother, or sister (including step and in-law family).
- Their name must be on the application when they first apply.
